Help I need help with my crinoline selection!?

i am looking for a 6 hoop crinoline for my wedding dress. I really want a dress that is a big poofy princess dress that starts going out at the hips. I have two picked out but Im not sure which one will actually start at the hip. here is the website for both and if you have an experience with crinoline or think you know which one is better please let me know.

First of all, the crinoline you get depends on your dress. If the dress wasn't cut to allow lots of pouf at the hips, it won't really look right even with the crinoline. If the dress is already the right length for you and you add a crinoline it will make it too short.

My suggestion? Go to the store where you bought your dress and tell them that you want to purchase a crinoline and ask what they have/to try them on with the dress. Most stores will be happy to let you try them on, especially if the dress was bought there. You don't have to buy the hoop skirt there. Get the recommendations of the salespeople and try them on, then go home and buy it (for much less) on eBay where you have looked already.

Just by looking, it looks like the one with the blue background goes out more at the hip, but I wouldn't buy anything without trying it with my dress first to make sure it looks right.
